YouTube - Senator Al Franken Takes a Nap during Kagan's confirmation hearing
Way to go Al; this video doesn't show it, but Al was also drawing pictures of Jeff Sessions. He did a good job, but this is not the time to sleep or doodle Al!!! That's ok in English 101, not during a SCOTUS confirmation hearing!!!
